При ловле окуня на мормышку одним из условий удачной ловли является игра мормышки. В данном случае окуню «нравилась» не активная игра мормышки, она больше походила на мелкую «дрожь». Поклевки окуня не активные , еле заметные. После нескольких «не удачных» поклевок рекомендуется заменить насадку на мормышке. Тем более если Вы используете мотыля. Мотыль насадка «нежная» и легко сбивается окунем. Поэтому за качеством насадки мотыля надо следить . От этого зависит количество поклевок. Можно использовать насадку совмещенную , так называемый «бутерброд». Мотыль и мормыш насаживается вместе на крючок мормышки. Если при ловле окуня начинаются частые сходы рыбы, то возможно затупился крючок мормышки. Происходит это чаще всего о кромку льда при вываживании. При себе можно носить в коробочке с приманками не большой точильный камень. Крючки можно подправить и подточить на месте, не потеряв на этом много времени. С острыми крючками сходов окуня будет меньше. Задерживаться на одной лунке , при отсутствии поклевок , не стоит долго. Лучше перейти на другую лунку. Если лунку в Ваше отсутствие замело снегом, то не надо ее сразу расчищать. Лучше сделать не большое отверстие …

June 2008 marked 50 years since the castle opened to the public. Today, it draws more than 1 million visitors a year. Start your Hearst Castle Tour at the Visitors Center, located right off Highway 1. The Experience Tour is one of five offered at the castle, and is recommended for first time visitors. Tickets sell out quickly, so advanced reservations are strongly recommended. Tours average about 2 hours. Hopping aboard the tour bus, we begin our steep and winding ascent to the castle, listing to old time music while passing roaming herds of cattle. It’s easy to imagine how invited guests felt arriving at the ranch for a weeklong stay of lavish parties, good food and fine living. William Hearst built three separate guest houses for his famous visitors, who included Hollywood glitterati, political leaders and other notables like Howard Hughes. Passing through the main gate, we looked down in awe at the sparkling Pacific ocean, Santa Lucia mountains and rolling green hills that inspired Hearst to build here in 1919.
