Robins Flipping Over Downed Twigs To Find Dinner
American Robin — Humber Bay Park (East) (Toronto, Canada) — 2005, by User:Mdf (Photo credit: Wikipedia)
I was going to check to see if we had any mail the other day but just as I was about to open the front door I saw a couple of robins on the sidewalk. So I ran and grabbed my camera to see if I could get a video. Well I didn’t but the video isn’t the best as I shot it through two windows and a screen.
These two robins, Mr. & Mrs. R. B. Robin, have moved into our backyard to start a family. Starting a family sure makes one hungry so these robins were taking a few minutes to search for their dinner under leaves and twigs that filled our yard after the windy weather we’ve had the last couple of days.
Robins Eating Worms
Of course as soon as I turned off the video off the robin further away thought the other robin had something worth investigating and hopped right over to check it out. The robin holding the goods was smart though and turn his back to gobble down the goods. It was a funny moment, sorry you missed it.

Staging your Dallas Home
icky mirror

There is a definite art to the staging of a home for sale. There are professionals that you can hire to stage your house for you, but the same effect can be achieved by simply taking some time and thinking about the presentation of the home. You must consider things like the lines and colors of a room, the amount of furniture, whether the decorations sync with the feeling of the room, and the experience that viewers will have as they travel through the rooms. The general idea is to highlight the strong features of an area while drawing attention away from any potential areas of issue, if there are any. You want people to stay in rooms longer and discuss the features. It is this kind of interest that sells homes.
In the process of staging, mess and clutter are the two biggest enemies of success. As you have likely spent years in your home, there is going to be a fair amount of accumulated “things & stuff” that will only get in the way of showing the house itself. During the preliminary preparation for selling, it’s good practice to start to weed out the things that you don’t need on a daily basis. Take these items and box ‘em up. This will only make it easier when the move comes and it will take away from the distractions to the viewer. Everything that you do not use daily should be stowed away. Also, make sure that the countertops and tables are clear of items save, perhaps for a decorative accent.
Another thing that should be taken care of at the outset is imperfections or damage to walls, paint or wallpaper. These may seem like small things, but they are vital to the final presentation of the home. If your walls are currently covered with a color of paint that is somewhat out of the ordinary or a bit too extreme for the average person, you may want to consider changing it to a more neutral color. The best idea is to try to appeal to the greatest number of viewers. Purple walls might be great for you, but they are likely not to everyone’s taste. The best idea is to prepare the home in a way that you yourself would buy it again, emotional attachments removed of course.

Recent studies have revealed that women working at home save around 70% of their income. While women who work outside home spend 40% of their income on clothing and transportation and about 30% on food and drinks, women who work at home save this proportion as they have already been working at home and don’t require such extra expenditures.
These studies have also shown that 77% of women prefer working at home. Although this kind of work is not included in calculating the national income sources, its value surpasses Four Thousand Trillion Dollars per year. Moreover, it is equivalent to 1/3 of the total economy in the world according to the United Nation Population Fund.
Generally, There are several fields in which women can work from home. These include starting a small cooking or tailoring business for instance. Many women enjoy cooking and selling their production of home made food. However, and as a result of some women have already established such home business, restaurant owners were very disturbed about such activities. In Italy for example, there were big complains & objections by restaurant owners on the idea of selling home made food because it was threatening their business!
Alternatively, it is strongly recommended that women start adopting a new approach towards working at home concept and that is by using the internet. The World Wide Web contains huge wealth and unlimited opportunities in it that only requires someone to explore and take the right step towards this treasure. Women will highly benefit by working on the internet and gain several advantages.
One main relief would be that women will be able to complete all the work through the internet from home itself without the need to go outside home. Few internet job that will help women doing this are: translating, proofreading online articles, processing emails or even other sort of work like fashion and décor designing etc…
The main issue that that concern women regarding work at home jobs is that they are insecure and inconsistent. Nevertheless, the success stories of many of home business entrepreneurs have encouraged more women to enter the field enthusiastically.
Not to forget that there are several governmental and private financial firms and institutes that offer loans with easy installment plans as well as consultation and training to people who are interested in starting their own business projects from home and are really serious about it. At the same time there is no doubt that internet websites have an outstanding role in promoting the different home businesses and this is called “electronic Marketing”.
According to a survey conducted in the United States in 1996 about home businesses; 46% of home business owners are women whom income exceeded the other women who work outside home. The survey also showed that home workers are more happy and satisfied with their jobs and retain a higher percentage of work-life balance comparing to their opposing party.
In my opinion, working from home through the internet is the best option available for women nowadays. Internet jobs provide a wide range of home based opportunities and ideas that is considered the ultimate solution for today’s women and support them to achieve financial freedom while enabling them to maintain work-life balance.
